De huidige call-center omgeving van de stad en de politie is aan vervanging toe. We zoeken naar een oplossing in een SaaS model die redundant uitgebouwd is om storingen op te vangen en ook de werking garandeert tijdens upgrades of geplande werken. Tijdens incidenten moet de volledige capaciteit en functionaliteit beschikbaar blijven.
Tijdens geplande werken moet de functionaliteit onveranderd beschikbaar zijn, echter kan hier wel gewerkt worden met een tijdelijke capaciteitsvermindering. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarin, eventueel, bijkomende implementaties kunnen besteld besteld worden.
